off to the blue blue skies i go
with a heart that can’t seem to take off
giving up was an option that used to work
but seems life cannot be so now
if it’s the ways of old,
i’d consider falling off a building once more

an angel that knows me more than i myself
allowing me to grow and learn in the midst of time
heartaches and pain comes too
but she stood by as close as possibly could
only yarning for a time to put her arms around me
and tell me everything will be ok

trying to be a good best friend
and seems often i fail in doing so
never was a person w/much emotions
but now seems i’m the creator of emotional roller coaster rides
so good of a ride that everyone wanting off

where are you going me?
a choice only you can make
no matter where you go
the blue blue skies are waiting
and so are the deepest of pits
but i’d rather be with the blue blue skies
and fly with the angel
who’s waiting for me to take off
